Every quotation on this site was read on the page of a filed document in one of the fifteen Nevada Supreme Court and Court of Appeals dockets below (2010 to 2024), together with the district court records those appeals carried up. Each citation gives the court, the document as filed, its date and the page, so certified copies can be ordered from the Clerk.

Search the docket number at the Nevada Supreme Court's public case search (caseinfo.nvsupremecourt.us). Records on appeal and appendices are listed by volume with their filing dates; the Clerk's office sells certified copies. District court documents cited by their Washoe County case number (FV08-03200, CV09-03089, CV12-02385, CV13-01019, CV13-01765) are reproduced inside those records on appeal at the volume and page cited.
