    Falconi has all the parents’ email addresses, right? So, Falconi weaponizes Tyler Host to email his purported “Notice of Intent to Unseal” to all the targeted parents. But why? When it comes to UNSEALING, a would-be un-sealer needn’t give advanced notice of intent. The giving of “notice” is NOT a requisite element of any unsealing cause-of-action.

    And thus, Falconi’s giving of advance notice, (i.e., of intent to unseal), is a “hollow” notice, meaning it has no operative legal effect, (it’s totally superfluous, totally unnecessary, and totally obnoxious!).

    However, when it comes to Media Requests, which actually bear a direct impact on the parties' constitutional rights, Alex “Sneaky Snake” Falconi SECRETLY submits his media requests - with NO NOTICE to the parties! See the pattern here?

    When notice is meaningless, Falconi freely gives it. When notice actually matters, Falconi deceptively withholds it. The Latin term for Falconi’s unique brand of corruption is called “reindeer games.”

    Our Nevada Judges, (“ONJ”), brags a lot about winning MEDIA related motions against family court parents. But you gotta ask, “WHO” are ONJ’s litigation opponents? - “WHO” represents these parents? - a buncha ding-dong family court lawyers who couldn’t litigate a paper bag from a hole in the ground - THAT’S who!!

    In stark contrast, when ONJ filed a MEDIA REQUEST into TMP’s custody case, TMP immediately challenged it. Okay, so what was ONJ’s response? They did NOTHING at all!! Falconi was too busy diddling around with his pronouns!! Falconi knows better than to challenge a real-world litigator! #GTFO!!

When Falconi's First Amendment right to access the courtroom is at stake, family court judges must now do the compelling state interest test. In stark contrast, when a person's Fourteenth Amendment right to parent is at stake, family court judges NEVER do the compelling state interest test! Why? Srsly! Why do judges recognize Falconi's First Amendment right to to access the courts, while IGNORING the parent's Fourteenth Amendment right to care, custody and control of their minor children?
