His public statements against the record

What Alexander Falconi has said on camera, in interviews, on television and in testimony to the Nevada Legislature, set beside what the court files say. Each statement is quoted from the video with its time mark and link; each answer from the record is quoted from the filed document with its cite.

"A messy split," and the file that ran eleven years

June 5, 2019. On a business interview show he called his custody case "a little bit of a messy split" that he "did resolve." The file ran from 2008 to 2016 and went to the Supreme Court five times.

"Only once ever filed a judicial ethics complaint"

June 5, 2019. "I've only once ever filed a judicial ethics complaint ... I'm not really attacking judges in general." Five years earlier the judge in his own case had recused himself over the website.

"A software engineer first"

June 5, 2019. "I'm a software engineer first." In January 2014 the court had found him willfully underemployed and employable as a paralegal.

"Policies like this enable domestic violence perpetrators"

May 23, 2025. He told the Assembly that family-court privacy "enabled domestic violence perpetrators to psychologically torture their exes." In 2008 a court extended a protection order against him.

"At arm's length ... I don't get too close to them"

January 5, 2024. "When I do have contact with judges it's at arm's length ... I don't get too close to them." His own photographs with judges, and his organization's posts, say otherwise.

"The judiciary is capable of closing the courts"

April 9, 2025. "As the law stands today, the judiciary is capable of closing the courts." In 2019 and 2022 he had sworn the opposite was true of his organization's reach.

Standard. The excerpt is cut from the video Our Nevada Judges published, with its picture, sound and on-screen labels unaltered, and the full video is linked at the time mark. The on-camera quotation was transcribed from the video and checked a second time by machine; the time mark opens the video where the words begin so the reader can hear them. Each answer from the record is a quotation from a filed document, cited to the page. Nothing is characterized; where the two are set side by side, the reader draws the conclusion.
